About the Authors
Vikas Datta is a Navy Veteran and flew Anti-SubmarineWarfare and Special Operations helicopters for 25 years while in service. After a carreer spanning almost 30 years, he transitionedfrom miliatry aviation to civil aviationand now flies helicopters for a corporate organization in Mumbai. He has been pursuing his passion for photography since nearly 20 years and is a avid traveller. His favourite genres are aerial, wildlife, street and people photography.
CK Guruprasad (Guru) is an Executive Search Consultant based in Bangalore and helps global and Indian companies find and recruit senior talent. He is Physics graduate from Ruparel College and a MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. Guru spens his weekends as a student and teacher of Vedanta, apart from scouting for the some of the best breakfast places in Bangalore. His love for poetry started in school with Wordsworth, Tennyson and Shakespeare,and then later from Kabir’s dohas. Marathi abhangs and old Hindi film lyrics.
Sajid Dalvi works as an embedded software engineer on consumer electronic products. He received his degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune and his Master’s in Engineering and Business Management from the University of Florida. His literary influences include John Irving, Kurt Vonnegut Jr., Manto and Ghalib.
