Do you ship all over India?

Yes, our shipping partners ensure that your purchase will be delivered anywhere in India.

Do you ship outside India?

No, currently we deliver only to the domestic market.

Can we exchange a product?

Can we cancel an order and ask for a refund?

Can we expedite shipping time?

Yes, it may be considered but there will be an additional charge for the same. Do send us an email to customer@happyshoppystore.com .

Can I track my order?

Yes, an a number of SMS messages will be sent to you on the various stages of delivery.

How long is dispatch time?

We usually dispatch in 3-5 days.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, gpay, upi bhim, payTM and bank neft payments.

Can I change my order?

Your order is placed almost instantly so chances are you will not be able to change the order but do send an email to customer@happyshoppystore.com and if the order has not been placed as yet, we will mage the required change.

Can I send my purchase as a Gift?

Unfortunately not. the price is clearly stated on the packaging.

Do indeed an account to place an order?

No, an account is not needed to place an order.

How do I find the right size?

There is a size chart which available with each product which has all size information.

I cannot find the color or size or style I am looking for.
